Replacement faucet
Faucet is quite nice and works perfectly. The instructions and online videos did not reveal how to remove the old faucet. Even an email with customer service was still a mystery. The final clue was that I would need a wrench & I eventually climbed under the cabinet and found the proper nut to loosen.

Got a new stainless steel sink and bought a new faucet to go with it. Looks and works perfectly.

Good quality. A little challenging to install and instructions are too brief. Need to provide better guidance about the friction connection to the filter that must be installed.

Designer Faucet - Brushed Nickel
Sometimes I'm ordering a Chrome faucet and sometimes the brushed nickel. It's nice to order these online and they have a year warranty, which is helpful. They're attractive quality faucets... Note: there's more than one way to order a faucet from Multipure... One the faucet only & Two Order it as a below the sink kit, with the adapta valve & additional parts, etc

It looks really nice and it works well, but I'm disappointed in how wobbly the spout is after installation. -- Multipure Response: Michael, the faucet spout is designed to swivel for convenience when filling a glass or a pot, and this creates a small amount of play in how the spout fits in the base of the faucet.
