Meeting Request Form

One of the most important tools in helping people Taste the Difference of Multipure is an Opportunity Meeting that allows potential Multipure Customers and Builders to learn about the importance of hydration and the importance of proper water filtration. Multipure Opportunity Meetings provide invaluable information about hydration, Multipure's line of drinking water treatment products, and Multipure's business opportunity.  

A Multipure Opportunity Meeting includes:

  • Meeting invite will be emailed to Builders.  
  • Meeting room at a local hotel.  
  • Multipure Executive present to host and direct the meeting.  
  • Meeting supplies, including Drinking Water System display units, Multipure sales aid samples, and Multipure replacement filter cartridges.  
  • Raffle prizes up to $100 in cash.  

One or more Builders may request a Multipure Opportunity Meeting in their area. To register for a meeting, please fill out the following information and include a $250 deposit check to Multipure. The deposit will be returned after the meeting, IF a minimum of forty (40) people attend the meeting. The Meeting Request Form must be submitted one month or more before the date of the meeting.
