Thank you so much for hearing my concern and sending the 0 rings. I was touched by the lady on the phone and the Youtube video sent to me. All was at no cost. I love my water filter and have used it for years without any problems. So grateful for the product and all the folks who work so hard to help their customers!

My "faucet" or spout was leaking at the top of the on off handle housing. I got the 2 O ring kit, installed them and have no more leak, fantastic!

Thank you for sending out the o rings I had requested. They seem to do the trick. No more water around the valve on the counter
